I can't think of the agencies who've done the work but these guys seem to go for excellent agencies and spend a lot on their brochures, you can probably find em on their site or from links off it.

- No experience of that. These were presented in a specially designed slipcase - no photos of that though.JerseyRaindog

I did a case bound book too. Foil blocked logo and Spot UV on every image.
- Foil did not take too well to the cloth :(. Live and learnDancer
