  My wife and I got our wedding bands from Niwaka. They have lots of minimal designs (more so than the site shows) if you request their catalog. It comes beautifully packaged as well.

  As for her engagement ring, I picked out a stone (sapphire) and we designed it with a local/independant jeweler dude together.
