i have created a font how to i make it a useable eg a program of software.

use transtype... it couldn't be easier for this sort of thing and i think that there's a free demo version. i use it all the time:

transtype converts fonts into different formats ... you need something to take vector and make it into a font ... lots of choices, some are free.

CorelDraw can export a font.

FontLab: Yes.
CorelDraw: Fuck no.
TransType: Is not for this purpose.
