What's the big deal about them?
I've seen a lot of personal (and business) pages with links to a ton of social networking sites and I wonder what's the point.
I know some people argue that it's a good way to stay in touch, but...you can't do that with email?
I don't get 'em. I think they're a pointless waste of cyber space.
On the other hand, which one do u guys recommend I should sign up for? :)- May 15, 08, 10:59 a.m. – Permalink

I don't belong to any, I just steal other peoples login details and have some fun.

People send me invites, just not interested. If I'm friends with you, I'll call you.

i don't think i'd use one for business, but i have a myspace account that i keep in touch with friends with. i think it works because you (usually) have a picture sitting there of the person you're writing to, which feels more personal than some disembodies email address. i definately find that i stay in better touch with friends i email on myspace than i do with ones who only have email
