Anyone done any or got some nice examples of them? What do I need to be aware of when doing them?

these seems like the commercial guys - if you;re doing something for a more boutique kind of range, on nicer paper or with a more left field feel, I guess just design it and talk to a printer about the paper/finishes/spec?
imagine them layed up on a a single sheet precut, design them to fit together on the sheet and minimise waste?
