I looked at a Bell&Ross, not that one but there's many bloody hundreds of variants I forget which one now. I decided that for that kind of money I'd prefer to sport something that wasn't on every designer and art directors wrist. Its in dangers of becoming the designer cliché fad stereotype embarrasingly overkilled watch of the decade. Don't do it. The zeitgeist loves to mock.

I bought a new watch at the weekend. Storm, half price, just tells the time. Bing-bango and we're done.
I was looking at a new g-shock to replace my old and battered and fugly one but the new ones are just as chunky and fugly.

- ...embarrasingly overkilled watch of the decade?
No thought not. I rock a 10yr old Swatch for the same reason.Spookytim - Nope, no cliche, its just a thin watch with a leather strap. Much more 'grown up' than my g-shock, thats why I bought it.ian
