Integrating in a traditional agency

    We have a producer at my agency interviewing people from agencies around the country that are trying to integrate interactive departments into traditional agencies. It's a fucking nightmare at our office right now and we're trying to figure out how to deal with creative, staff, etc.

    Would anyone here be interested in talking to her about it or know someone to talk to at your office?
