    ^ from that site:

Van Gogh - "He produced all of his more than 2,000 works, including around 900 paintings and 1100 drawings or sketches, during the last ten years of his life. Most of his best-known works were produced in the final two years of his life, and in the two months before his death he painted 90 pictures."

Picasso - "It has been estimated that Picasso produced about 13,500 paintings or designs, 100,000 prints or engravings, 34,000 book illustrations and 300 sculptures or ceramics."

    • Picasso work ratio during his lifetime (92 years): 4 works per day. Pretty amazing.Corvo1/4

The reddish sky in the background was possibly caused by the aftermath of the powerful volcanic eruption of Krakatoa in 1883. The ash that was ejected from the volcano left the sky tinted red in much of eastern United States and most of Europe and Asia from November 1883 to February 1884

How is this a riddle by definition?...

On top of the fucking obvious, look at his coat. On men's coats the button is on the left side (right here) and the hole/opening is on the right (left here).

    • Now that is a riddle.Corvo

oh wait, he never HAD a right ear! the bandage was more of a headdress extension, and the angle he was sitting at obscurred the view of his bandaged left ear!
