Nice! Best portfolio in the country, cheap and lightweight too.
Shame new coins won't help the economy at all.

- sorry, just suspicious of something that nice. it IS true!paraselene

pfft.
rubbish.
The Mint just hasn't been the same since they sacked Isaac Newton.
This a Wolf Olins disaster?

I'd like a set. How much will that be, $400 or around there?
- bulletfactory0
are the coins retaining the same size/shape/weight, or are all of you going to look like tourists for a few months until you adjust?
- BaskerviIle0
haha, or you could just get the whole set for £1.88

the platinum edition will set you back 12 large!!!

they'll have to keep the sizes - they changed a bunch of teh sizes over a staggered period of time recently so they wont again. changing the sizes means changing every coin operated machine in the country anyway

Very nice coins, and exquisitely British.

I really like the idea and the final look. I wish the states would do something as interesting as that.

Gorgeous - finally we've got up with them rascally euros and their haute coinage.
Though in the graphic, the 5p's off-centre, which is bugging me.

nice.

Nice! I always used to think they looked a bit shit..
When should we expect these in circulation?
- Spookytim0
haha, By the way they've organised the coins my guess is that that the 5p is soon for the chopping block.
- Jaline0
although...that middle one looks crappy. Together they're cool though.

Pretty nice, but still far away from Italian Euro coins.
