I can't get rid of the selection edges in Photoshop. You should be able to go to View>Show> and then select whether or not you want to see them, but when I go to do that, 'Selection Edges' is gray and not selectable. I hate selection edges...anyone ever have this problem that can offer some help? I'm gonna lose it if i cant get rid of them.

I'd say that sounds like a save>quit>restart.

by selection you mean those little ants walking in line?

no, it's like this little box that goes around any thing you have selected - kind of like when you go to transform something...restarting is not helping, it's been like this for months...

If nothing will fix it, try resetting the Photoshop settings...hold down Ctrl+Alt+Shift buttons while starting the program.

I always thought it was just the "show transform controls" checkbox :P when the selection tool is active.

Uncheck "Show Bounding Box"?

is it a path man? go into your pallete where you worked on this path and click off of it. that should solve your issue.

and you checked to see if "show transform controls" was checked when you're using the selection tool? If it is, uncheck it.
