AE Flickering Q

I'm working on an HD motion piece and in some points I'm moving large images from side to side or even scaling them and I see a small flickering when rendering, sometimes it happens some times it doesn't.
Any ideas on how to prevent this from happening?
Thanks in advance

coupla questions:
1) you rendering interlaced fields or progressive frames?
2) how are you monitoring the renders? a computer monitor? or and HDTV?
3) 1080i? 720p? 1080p?
4) are you scaling down super large images? you might wanna try running a 2-3 pixel blur on the images in PS before moving them in AE.

Thanks for replying. I will try to respond, bare w/ me I'm a bit of a noob at AE.
1) Not sure
2) Computer Monitor
3) HDTV 1080 29.97 / 1920x1080
4) noted, I rather not unless there is no other way, the scaling or sliding is very slow, and I would like them to be as sharp as possible.

i would have to agree with dermafleez early approach

interlaced video, HD or SD, can introduce problems with imagery that has super fine detail, like horizontal lines smaller than 1 or 2 pixels ESPECIALLY when you're moving the image up and down slowly. its just the inherent suckage of interlaced video.
so yeah, you may most likely need to "expand" the fine detail by running a pass of blur on the areas that are giving you grief.
- I thought the flickering was only a problem on SD.. I guess notMeeklo

you need to check your render settings and composition settings and make sure they are working well with your editing software.
check your fields and frames per second

I see..
well if there is no other way around it..
Its mostly corporate logos so the ones that have small details produce that flickering.thanks both!

are you using 3d space?
another thing to try checking your render plug-in 'composition>composition settings>advanced tab' then switch and see if anything changes
