Just got asked by someone if they can share our studio. What, if any, pit falls are there in doing this? We have a small space, but room for another. So in principle it would be OK. Not thought about it much though. I call on your experience . . .

Sharing a printer/network can sometimes cause tension, as well as client meetings and music tastes.
All depends on your set up though... Brings in extra pennies though.
Also if you are subletting without the landlord knowing you could be in for it, again depends on your set up

I share a studio, it is great for business. We have different skill sets, so we can share clients too... I want to give it up cause the rent is high, but the monetary benefits are significantly greater than the rent...
