http://www.hypebeast.com/blog/je…Rainbow War is a film that has been burned into the back of my mind since I had to watch it once a year, every year, in elementary school. I suddenly remembered it this week and went on a mission to find it on the net. Rainbow War was created for Expo 86 here in Vancouver and I believe it won an Oscar. I would stick this up there for one of my favourite films from the 80's - Brazil being my all-time favourite - and there are many similarities between the two films visually. Enjoy.

Holy crap, I was trying to explain this movie to a large group of friends the other day. I think I saw it 2 or 3 times when I was a kid. Nobody else seemed to remember it and thought I was making it up.

I owe you one, handsomeboy. My friends are now believers, and half of them now suddenly remember it. I just couldn't remember the name of the film or the discussion would've been over months ago. I brought up this film yesterday at work and my boss knew pretty much everything about it, including who the director and producers were, what kind of film they used, where it was filmed and what studio they produced it at. Right off the top of his head, too. BONKERS.
