unfortunately I have been fortunate enough not really to go looking for work. Word of mouth is the best Vehicle by far.

any ideas for getting work then as am stuck :-(
- WeLoveNoise0
agree with dancer but whenever i used to look for work i would pick local companies and approach themself.
ie: restaurants, bar etc

Exactly. Are you in London? If not just get intouch with local companies and agencies that you would like to work for and get the name for the person you need to speak to (Bridgestone Tyres are near me and I have contemplated sending in work to them – little bit too busy though) and send them you creds.

I used Aquent a few times and it was good. It could bring you some interesting contacts and possibilities. And the cool thing is that you can still keep/get your own clients.
