Easy as, just import into photoshop at 72dpi or whatever dpi you need it. Then save out of Photoshop as jpeg.

Cheers for your help
To make it clearer I would like to batch export the pages as there are many many pages, I will get sore hands if I open in photoshop, as you have to select the page you want to open then chose file save etc. etc. I'm only really asking as there are so many pages yo!.

You can save a pdf as a jpeg through acrobat, it makes each page a separate image, I assume it this you want to do to speed up the build in flash?
Just go to file > save as > jpeg and Roberts your fathers brother.

you can setup page tiling in illy. Instead of using layers use the size of your document. For instance, at work we use an 8.5 x 11 template to start our design with. If its a two page design then you change the document size to tabloid ( 11 x 17 landscape). If you have 3 pages you set it up as a custom 19.5 x 17 landscape.
When you export to pdf you will see at the bottom create multi-page pdf using tiling. Should batch them out just fine and you can use the lowest quality settings so your files aren't huge. If this doesn't make sense, check your help in illy on page tiling.
