yeah no kit is nessecary. i do all sorts of things like drinking green tea every night after super, lots of water throughout the day(piss lots but not too much other wise you lose vitamins),GREENS... I eat tonnes of salad and if you're really serious get a 'greens' supplement they usually say 'for detox' or something on them. also don't eat or drink fats and sugars (junk food of any sort) for about 1-2-3 days at a time (or just less), mini fasts are better because i doubt you're a yogi. other things (after a mini fast) you should clean your ears out (get one of those wax things done, ask a hippy chick) and snort salty water up your nose a few times. I've also made myself puke with salt water intentionally, during a fast, but only cuz a doctor told me to and i had a reason beyond detox. but the doctor told me it's a good detox thing if done occasionally. not recommended : D

I've done the so called "Master Cleanse" and all I can say is that I felt fantastic. I did it for 5 days, the hardest is the first day, so start anything on a Saturday or on a day off is my recommendation. It's not as hard as one might think and it really does rid you of tons of toxins, they oooze out of you.

Sounds like New Age Oprah crap to me...eat right, excercise, avoid proccessed sugars, drink plenty of water and your body takes care of itself. If you wanna kill bad shit in your body, why a night of alcohol is your anser...

My wife did a detox that dropped her iron count to dangerously low and damaged her liver. Be careful with natural supliments, they are not monitored/tested by the usual regulations and can do you damage.

if you want to flush out your body from all the pot you smoked over the weekend, just get a lot of water and drink it

you could come up diluted and fail the test anyway thc isn't water soluable. just eat fiber, hardly any fats, shit a lot (removes fat quicker than water), exercise and sweat sweat sweat. that will help. just remember if you do a bunch of exercise, stop a couple of days prior to your test as the thc is prone to be quite concentrated during that period and could show up. and lastly, if when stop exercising, eat a bunch of peanut butter or other fatty foods to "add a coat of fat" over the older, thc-imbued fat.
