...which bearings are good to get without being really expensive?
- Raniator0
Bones sound familiar actually...
Can probably spend £15-£20... what is the next step up? :)

Theres no need to go a step up.
Those bearings are tried and true.
Save your extra cash.

Cool... done.
I'm no skater... just gonna pick up a D*Face 'Enuff' set up. Want to assemble it so will need bearings :)
- jonatne0
You don't have to be a 'skater' to enjoy a skateboard.
Just cruise around, it's an awesome way to transport.Use those bearings and you'll just be cruising around a little faster.

I've thought about getting a deck for a while... I'm not gonna ride this one, it's a collectable item :)
- i used to skate when i was younger (like, 15 years ago). was never that great, used to love it though.Raniator
- you know what they say? if you "used to skate" then you never didasspop
- It won't be collectible the moment you put trucks on it.fractionofawhole

Holy crap, at the Powell Peralta website, a set of rat bones wheels are $128. Love the classics decks though, they're at least somewhat of a bargain.

I bought some Powell Swiss about 8 years ago, and have never looked back. Worth the extra £
