  Whats the industry rate for a web designer?, Art director?, programmer?, in Los Angeles. I noticed when I ask for resumes and rates on craigslist I get a rollercoaster of rates.

  Actually I was just wondering what the standard rate is these days. Sometimes I need a little help and I just placed an ad and I noticed how the rates are all over the place. So I wanted to see if there was a standard rate.
