    yeah I know the ones, I have found myself low balling every available brief just to pay my sign up fee. Surely not good design for 100 bucks!!! another example of "designers" exploiting themselves!

    quite frankly, iFreelance is crap. it's a bunch of designers quoting $20 for logo design, $100 for a flash website, etc. basically it's a bunch of designers and programmers, mostly lacking talent, out to make a quick buck. if you're looking to charge "real world" rates for your work there, forget about it. you'd be lucky to get away with $40/hr.
