I was just wondering – is anyone here a contact lens wearer? I've noticed that by the end of the day I've been more tired / wonky than usual ... could be tons of stuff, but wondering if it's eye strain ... maybe. I get home, have some dinner, good to go. Hmm.
And now, a classic douche maneuver: Ask a question and leave. Classic douche. Sorry. Dinner with my mom. But I'll be back soon to check.
xo,

I sometimes feel like crap after sitting in front of computer all day. After I have had a swim and eaten something I usually feel better. Exercise seems to help.
I dont wear contacts or glasses though.

Yeah ... exercise should definitely be in my equation. And not smoking. And eating properly. And not staying up super late. And sleeping enough.
OK, maybe it isn't the contacts. :P

Contacts in general give me that tired feeling often. For me, I think it's the dryness that happens. It just makes your eyes a little itchy and feel tired, once I take them out and and put my glasses on and the itch goes away I feel less tired. I totally know where you are coming from dude.

According to studies, computer users blink around three times less than they normally should. For contact lens wearers, it is advisable that they blink once every 4 to 5 seconds to keep their lens from drying.
