how was Ten Tables? or is that for this evening?
- it was too late to get in... trying a place in the south end called roccaRand
- i've been there! my friends live very close.madirish
- was it any good?
*praysRand - yes, certainly. the entrees are refreshing, as they classic preps, many places overlook. ie- whole fish, braised back ribs, shanks, etc.madirish
- ..shanks, etc. skip the hanger steak- that is the sharpened pencil shot of the 2008 restaurant...madirish
- thank you MattRand

How was Rocca?
- Rand0
we had White Clam and Pancetta Pizzetta
Marinated Sardines with radishes & mint
Hot & Sweet Scampi with citrus, fennel, hot peppers, fresh marjoram & mint
Fritto Misto with salsa verde & preserved lemons
Handrolled Trofie with pesto
orzetti with braised rabbit red wine sauce
Roasted Whole Fish with fresh herbs, olives, potatoes, tomatoes & pine nuts
Braised Short Ribs with creamy polenta, brussels sprouts & horseradish gremolata
Ligurian fish stew served over crostini
and a duck breast specialeverything was delicious and perfectly prepared, but the room was corporate and soulless. That chef should go somewhere intimate and funky; I'd eat there every time I go to Boston
