Switching units in PS/AI

I go back and forth between web and print stuff often.
It pisses me off to have to switch units/rules/guides&grids from pixels to inches.
Is there a quicker way to do this?

switch them...guess i'm looking for a preset perhaps?
i usually go from guides using pixel @ 100, divisions every 10 - and inches 1, divisions every 8.

Meaning - when i work with pixels, I have my guides defined as...
Gridline every 100 pixels
Subdivisions 10...When working with inches
Gridline every 1 inch
Subdivisions 8Make more sense?

No, Meeklo's advice is spot on - there is no instamagic way to convert your guide layout from one arbitrary scheme to another - you're the intelligent, decision-making bit - not your computer.

yeah...just figured there might be a templating or workspace option i was overlooking.
