Need some good suggestions for a serif typeface to compliment Galaxie Polaris

Any ideas?

I'm using Galaxie & Apex Serif together right now on a project...

I love Galaxie Polaris (although the uppercase Q bugs the shit outta me...)..very nuetral, but with a bit more modern character than The Font That Shall Not Be Named That Begins With H and Ends With A.

I have a question. My friend keeps calling one of her favourite fonts "Helvectica" (everytime she says it she stressed that "c"). Am I just out of the loop and do not know how to pronounce "Helvetica" it correctly? Or isshe is just delusional?

shes just neue at this.
sigh.

Apologies for making all those spelling errors...
Anyway, yes...not sure if I should correct her again (I did it before and she kind of ignored me...although she is hard of hearing and I don't speak up). But I will keep that cliff idea in the back of my mind.

I've been hijacked.
Anywho.... Apex Serif is a good call. We got any other possibilities?

Try Melior, I used it on an identity for a client together with Galaxie Polaris and it looked great (see the temporary website: www.teedot.com).... Cheers

rainman - Polaris is a very neutral typeface. Nearly any serif will work with it. The most important questions to ask in making your decision are:
What is the project?
Who is your audience?
What type styles and features does the project require?
