kerus, just open it in Illustrator. Its all vector art. no reason why it couldn't be made into a stencil.

Meeklo, I realize the technique isn't the most original, which I assume was your suggestion by posting the Shepard Fairy Obama poster. Let me remind you though, that he didn't invent the technique either.
