cool. I just got the Moock book... 2 weeks ago. Love it. He explains things really well.
But yeah, there seems to be a lack of good resources atm... or they're just hard to find...

I jumped into AS3 a few weeks. The first day was terrifying. It really is a whole new game. Now that I am getting into the swing, I am finding I understand it better than the previous versions and can find solutions to problems faster when I get in a bind.
The help documentation has been helpful as well as Moock's book and the AS3 Cookbook. Between the three and specific google searches when I find myself in a jam I am up and running.
