Who here would consider quitting cause their boss has no balls?
- vague0
is she a woman.
- ********0
no, but good question.
- xhanubis0
yeah if it means he/she is promising the client I will work night and days plus weekends to deliver shit that they then go ahead and postponed the launch for...
- ********0
that is exactly what happens with everything for me. work hard, great ideas... then big fat nothting after weeks of work
- xhanubis0
LOL well I am not saying you should...but I did. But by then freelancing was really taking off and I was only working there 3days per week.
But seriously though I feel your pain...thats a bitch!!

I mean, how long is a sensible time to wait around before you are like "shit they arent making these projects". I've been here 5-6 months and have nothing to show for it. I want to stay but i really feel like I'm wasting my time.

i know how you feel. i worked on a project where the creative director had no balls. it blows when they can't stand up for the creative and has no conviction behind what they are doing.
move on and don't waste your time. i think 6mo is long enough to know if it would get any better or never. it's always good to work with excellent people. you learn more from them.

Yeah. I move on... and then they make everything I came up with and I get no credit. That's what I'm worried about.
- what do they say when you asked them why they won't use your ideas or parts of them?rtr
- It's been pushed back to another quarter etc.********

i think you will quit, otherwise this would be a "Help I need a job" thread.

A vast majority of bosses generally yield to their clients' every desire.
Meaning... most of them do not have balls.

Maybe you can use this to your advantage? Try negotiating for a 1-day work week with 300% salary increase.

I quit my job last year because my boss had no balls. Best thing I ever did. Compromising on a project is a bitch. It's even worse when it's not your decision to do so.
