Overall, weak, but these 2 were pretty super.

I might have to agree there. The other baby one with the clown in the back twisting balloons is over the top creepy.

This years 3 million dollar commercials were absolutely pedestrian in every aspect of the word. They lacked vision, creativity and innovation. However, your two picks were probably the two best spots, i did like the two E-Trade spots...

I liked this one too:

the stain was my favorite of the night.

I thought this was very good as well:

That stain one has been out for a week or two before the sb...
... overall... garbage commercials w/some silly potty-humorish crap thrown in on top of it all.
What was the deal w/the jockey patting Shaq on the cawk?!

stain was great. one of the careerbuilder spots was funny....cant remember, the 1st maybe? pretty lackluster overall

Any links to the people or units that made some of the commercials?

Yeah, this year's commercials were almost as boring as Tom Petty.

I like eTrade commercials, but I also think that the game was awesome.

I don't know if you guys had the Macbook Air commercial, but we did here in Canada. That one was my sister's favourite, and I told her it's not really new...

I thought every one in the first half was terrible...
I missed the second half

the doritos mouse one is the only one that made me laugh. Well, that and the Charles Barkley one.
I thought the R8 one totally missed the mark.

I like the wine and cheese party Bud commercial

Loved the one with the baby trading but thought the clown one was the better of the two.

These are not in line with what I thought. But take it for what you will...it's USA Today.
