my friends and i are looking for a local shop in LA or within an hour driving distance to do some shirts.
requirements:
• are a legit business (no bedroom operations)
• can do small runs (50-100 to begin with, with repeat runs to follow)
• print on American Apparel or AAA shirts
• water-base inks
• reasonable pricing without insane setup fees (not $50 per color setup like one shop wanted..)if you run a shop, all the better... we'd love to support smaller, independent shops.
if you guys know of anywhere, it'd be much appreciated. we've found some solid places outside of LA, but shipping almost doubles the cost in some cases.
feel free to email me at habit *at *mlproject.com or reply here.

I've used the Image Foundry in Arcadia, and they've done good work for me. Never let me down. Ask for Sophie, she's great.

ultimate graphics. they are just down the block from the AA factory and will pick it up for you, and they do fantastic water based stuff. 213.626.6090 or

Haha, thanks but I'm not that talented and I really don't have the time. I don't mind paying to have someone do it right.
