Please can someone help. I've been asked to create an html email for work but we're not sure what sort of terms and conditions should be attached at the bottom for the UK. I have a US example but not sure if this is the same for the UK?
Does anyone have any examples of an ecommerece html email with uk terms and conditions?? If so please could you email me some examples
cheers

i think you just need to give them the option to unsubscribe.
I think the major issue with UK emails is that spam is illegal and you must give the recipient the option to opt out.
if your not controling the database then I would recommend a simple:
'Reply to this email with UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject'
just make sure you honour it.

t&c's are not required for html emails. As Stugoo says, just an option to opt-out/unsubscribe. Another thing is that every time the email is sent, the recipient email list should be updated to take into account anyone who may have unsubscribed.

why would you be responsible for the terms and conditions? get the company to provide you with them
