Tell them to use the rythm method therefore their life can stay as stagnant as yours :D

Haha, this is a very funny post for some reason... maybe the phrase "She's the third... to have this thing happen to her"... like she's been struck down by a shameful disease or something.

Get 'them' to go on top... it's gravity or something, impossible.

I'll tell you what else made me feel a bit old the other day, I was watching university challenge and there was a pop music round - listen to the clip and give the song and the artist. first song, Yazz, The only way is up.
The little bastards didn't have a clue, they couldn't remember it.
Then I realised that people at University now might not have been born when it came out.
That and the fact my mother bought me a dressing gown, an electric toothbrush and some biscuits for Christmas this yea; Grandad presents in anyones book.
how dare people make me think about my age at 28.
- ahah @ a dressing gown and biscuits.Corvo
- Whats wrong with biscuits? Now if yer mum had bought you werthers originals you know your in trouble.ian
- There's nothing wrong with biscuits alone, but it's when combined with the other stuff they become old man things. I was only a pair of slippers away from the whole set.Wolfboy

my girlfriend keeps finding out her friends from school and uni etc are engaged or married, making her feel old, making me feel young..

Jesus Christ Wolfboy, That is the best list of gifts ever. As for the University Challenge thing... about two years ago I moved to Brighton and lacking any better ideas of where to get my hair cut I went to Tony&Guy. A really nice girl asked me what I wanted and I could just tell she was just going to give me the textbook 'Hoxton Fin Boyband Special' so I said to her "Do it like Sid Vicious" and she said "Right. Err... Sorry... Who's Sid Vicious?"

Bloody hell, that's just pure ignorance at this country's great history. I think I would have been out the chair and off down to see Mr Tops out of principle.

I did. I did just that. Straight up and out of that chair. No messing. No discussion. I did get a Hoxton Fin Boyband Special first, and I said how great it looked when she put a hand mirror to the back of my neck, and I paid the usual Tony&Guy fee of £935.00, but apart from that I was out of that door like a ferret up a trouser.

haha, well done. Glad to hear you stood your ground on it.
