  Just wondering if there are any good resources containing images of all different kinds of common form inputs (radio buttons, pull down menus) for mock up purposes. Right now when I'm designing I find a site containing the type of form I'm looking for, grab a screen and cut it out. It seems like there must be a magical page out there containing all this stuff for the different OS's etc . . . . thanks!

  Fireworks has a downloadable extension that allows you to insert all of the form elements through a menu/palette. Some of them are editable (multiple radio icons, drop downs, etc.).
