Damn, lastweek got in to my account, and its limited. Cant use my money anyhow.
They ask me to scan some shit and send it to them, so I did... nothing happens at all..ANyone had such issue?

you need to verify as much of the account as possible, bank acc, telephone address etc. when this has been done chase them up
- senseg0
yeh, i sent all this papers and still nothing happens!
- maximillion_0
have you had deposits in yr bank? you need to go back to the PP website and verify yr acc by entering the amounts of the deposits, you can also get the PP website to call yr phone - this will verify the phone number. Once you receive the mail at yr address there will be intructions on what to do to verify yr postal address
- senseg0
you did the same?

that happens to me once, i sent them all the paper stuff and everyday i emailed them (in all email address possible) asking for a resolution, it took about 10 days to be solved.
- senseg0
Chris, but you never called them?
- maximillion_0
ive seen it happen to client sites (merchants) when they dont verify - call them and explain what you want to do, if yr nice they are helpful in my experience

damn paypal... just sent me email saying i need to scan my utility bill and send it there.. idiots.

The same thing happened to me 1.5 weeks ago and it's driving me crazy. I kept contacting them about stuff and they never got back to me. By the way, there is no credit card attached to my account and yet "suspicious credit card activity" is why it has been limited. wtf

They want me to verify with only two pieces of info. My credit card number and my location. Not too bad, except for the fact that I don't have a credit card. So, basically, I won't be using Paypal anymore (unless I get a new account). Thankfully I didn't have much money in my account.

Yes, I called them 2 or 3 times, but it was a pain... then I found on google some ppl who had faced the same trouble and most of them said that the better thing to do was write'em an email for day asking for a resolution, and as I mention before, u must write them in every email u find, like support@paypal, help@paypal...etc.. it happened to me more than a year ago, so I have no idea where I found that info, but in the end it worked to me.
Also, when that happened I was already paypal certified.

Guys, i had 2 grands there... Well, i dont think i should call them, thats just will do nothing with that. I keep using email, but nothing happens... So i think i just lost my 2k, which i got on the New Years eve for the job i did on Christmas. Fuck, i shall drink a lot but not working...

I hate Paypal.

I'm going to try and call them tomorrow, but I refuse to give them copies of my bills (which I don't even have access to because I don't pay them). I already gave them my new credit card info.

paypal always pulls stunts like this
- Jaline0
Alright, I finally called them and I used different pieces of ID and statements (ones that I preferred using rather than information I didn't want to give out). The account was reinstated the next day. So calling them should help out a lot.

And they are relatively nice, although the phone system is initially the automated kind where you actually have to say "yes", "no", and various numbers into the phone. So it sounds weird when you do it at work, as I found out, heh.
