So I got a new ipod and I went to copy my library over to the the new one. 14 songs I bought on iTunes won't upload because "they are not authorized to play on this computer" ...despite that I bought them on this computer.
Any idea why this is happening? Another Apple miracle. Way to ruin a first experience Jobs.

Did you deauthorize your old ipod? Or try deauthorizing your computer and then authorizing it again? Sounds like you may have 4 or 5 authorized somewhere.

yeah, I'm reading the help files. For some odd reason it was authorized on my old ipod, but when I tranferred it over, it won't authorize on my computer again... and I don't think I'm near the 5 limit. Anyway, I believe I just need to authorize the song... I'll see if that will work.
Thanks!
