what does everyone use to organize stock images. Our modest collection is starting to grow and I think we'll need a better way to organize them. is there a program that you use to organize like by color and set keywords? we have the images on a server that everyone has mapped on their computers.

We use iView Media Pro at work. It pretty much covers what you are looking for. I think MS got a hold of it and changed it for the worse recently though

i just tried the trial. it runs really slow. is it because i'm using the images on the server? the serve is on our gigabit network, so it's pretty fast.

I have hundreds of photos and I used Extensis Portfolio but it's slow and painfull, so I decided not to use any organizational software. I just save them by client name - subject

you can point Adobe Bridge (which you might already have?) to a networked drive and use that.
