  Hey you have some nice design work in your portfolio. You just need a nicer portfolio to actually surround the work.

  Also, please get rid of all your illustration work, it's really terrible and doesn't belong in there. no one is going to hire you to draw that stuff.

  I know a lot of us just put our portfolio online fast to get a project or for some quick gigs, but you can make your site a lot better.

  well, the site might need some update. or a re-design. it's hard when you work like 14 hours a day. hmm...minus 2hr for qbn fun. hah. before this look, I had a flash site and ofcourse run to slow loading. grr. so moved on to dreamweaver based, which even the hardcore CMYK designer can make some RGB magic.

  Ofcourse its better to have a few and really good pieces then many so so looking.

  I think the sketches make the view smile. but that me. Now this was not suppose to be democratic, but who else (except killerqueen) things I should drop the sketches?

  I once handed over a whole lot archived graphics to a designer when a client sold his business, the new designer was using Times instead of Bembo, when I pointed out to him that he should be using Bembo, he explained that they didn't have it and that "Near enough is good enough".

  well, I thought it was good guess and after a quick look. corporate rounded looks just like vag rounded only different was the kerning.
  ofcourse what ever the font are, thats the font you use. not something near enough.

  Well Times and Bembo are pretty different. I think Corporate Rounded may actually be a clone of Vag, although I can't find it on the web anywhere. But in any case, it looks good and so does akrok's work.

  btw - i dig the illustrations. if you offer that skill the advertise it man. it's one more tool in the skillset that other may not offer when clients consider you.
