Depends on how you want it move or wiggle, and what you're using for an application. AE? Flash? If you've expanded the artwork so the lines are individual paths you shouldn't have any trouble. Perhaps try the following:
1. Export each line as its own path
2. If using AE, make each line a 3D layer, add a camera and play with the depth that gives you.
3. If you have the Trapcode 3D stroke plugin, play with that too.

put your clipboard options to aib ( no trans) and copy past into different layers in after effects then use trapcode 3D stroke and start toying with the thicknes, taper and rotation,...

like this?
http://demafleez.com/qbn/ECHO.mo…Look into using shape layers in CS3 or use a path and the stroke filter on a regular solid layer. Animate your path. Pre-comp the path. Add the echo effect and have a small time offset with a large number of echoes. done and done with no 3rd party plugins.

easy to create something like that using code in flash or processing, dunno what you are using this for so those might not be the best options for you.
