Just signed up for a Grid Server on MT.
First call to tech support, been on hold listening to crappy music for 20 minutes....

Spoke to someone. He made me feel rushed and not supportive of general questions about the set up. It was my first day with their hosting, so I was curious about how domains were structured.
Is it always this bad? I thought I heard rave reviews of their support?

I only use online support & they are pretty good & quick

Yeah, just like Radar I do the same. The one time I did call I got good service, but then again I was on hold at my old host for over 2 hours so anything was better than that. hehe.

I've heard good and bad things about them... I don't use them mostly for the bad things I've heard. You'd imagine hosting a bunch of brand conscious sites they would know how to manage their brand, but maybe they believe it's just a logo... Just another reason for me not to sign up.
