the inkeeping with boneos caring side that there are X amount of affordable homes is probably more due to the fact that it is the law, or allowed them to have it built it in the first place... why can't they just be honest and say, yep we want to make a great new building, leave a bit of history, and yeah, it will have a few bed sits in it :)

I've been hearing about the U2 Tower for a few years and don't really see why not. The band members have god status here, their egos really need a tower or a monument in order not to explode. So what if their last good album came out in 1993?BTW, when I came to view the apartment I live in, the owner said that Adam Clayton lived nearby and came with his kids to the playground outside my window on Sundays.
It's been a year of Clayton spotting now, I feel cheated.
