for the splash page, how can I get that bottom border there so there's always a border when i scale the window?
also, for the interior pages, how can i get the bottom of those text areas to end at the bottom of the screen? right now im using a percentage...

for the front page I don't think you can control that as the browser window is resizeable and controllable by the user. so it can be longer than it is wider or shorter than it is wider.
too long = too much border
too short = no borderfor the interior pages can you elaborate a lil more? as in percentage of what and what does it affect?

for the interior pages, there are basically 2 columns for content. as of now i have their height being about 80%, but sometimes that makes the scroll bars appear above or below the line of the browswer.
I just want the height of those 2 columns to always be at the bottom of the browser.
