    Is anyone familiar with printing for popup books? I was looking for a couple good resources on the subject. I'm working on a personal project where I'll need a leather-bound - embossed cover, and a dozen or so printed pages, with a double-page popup in the middle of the book.
    Also, if anyone happens to know any decent places in Jersey or Manhattan where I could get this printed, feel free to let me know.
