He he, yeah, no need for big wheels here on the rock.
Well, we've decided to stay put here in Jersey now. A few things have changed in the last few months and our reasons for wanting to emigrate have kind of worked themselves out. Which all kind of explains the new apartment as well.

Believe it or not, it's a big place by Jersey standards. By Canadian standards it's more like a rabbit hutch. Strange process buying a house over here. You have to go to court and nod at the bailiff (essentially the 'king' of Jersey. Weird but true.

nice vespa!! are you going to put any stickers on it?
- JerseyRaindog0
You know, I've got a whole stack of QBN stickers lying around a work so I should put at least one on it.
- edd-e0
use the clear one if you do.
how is the house comming along?
- JerseyRaindog0
Good today. A lot of wallpaper stripped and a load of carpets shifted. Back to work tomorrow so it'll just be steaming off scanky old wallpaper in the evenings till next weekend. Another 3 or 4 weeks we should be in hopefully.

how does one get wallpaper off the walls, i thought it was impossible.
- JerseyRaindog0
It's not impossible. It's not easy, but it's not impossible.

nice wheels btw, Jersey.
i've been thinking in getting one myself, since it's a nice alternative to a car.
have you a notion already of how much km/miles you can run with the 8 lt. deposit?

(Sep 30 07, 14:34)Not yet. Only ridden it twice. It will be my main source of transport once we move out of town as my wife will need the car. I'll let you know later.

That will be fine sir, thank you. Godspeed.
