An html link is an html link whether you use ASP/PHP/RAILS.
Just edit the file and re-up.

Man, I'm sorry you're in hell.
Run away from ASP as fast as you can and pick up a respectable framework like RoR or Django.

I'm going to try mono,
but anyone know how to program ASP, I'm supposed to add a link to a page coded in ASP and I've no clue how to

try parallels or vmware or something, then just dev out of a shared folder or something from the mac side.
i haven't tried this on a local machine yet, and i haven't had great luck with it in the past on a dedicated server either, but you should look at mono. they have a version for OS X that supports .NET.

my only luck so far is to use bootcamp.
i know that isnt much help to you probably, but nevertheless, that is the best i could come up with.

Is it possible to develop and test ASP locally on a Mac using the native development environment? I've searched around and haven't found much help at all.
