i work in a 14 story building in dowtown pittsburgh and the damn air conditioning is broken. It is 90 degrees outside and 80 degrees and stuffy inside. it is nicer outside.
My question to you is, is their some labor law that prohibits poor work conditions like working in the devil's asshole?

Who cares if there are labor laws, it is not like you are curing cancer (unless you are).
Just be like, "Hey, it is fucking hot as a motherfucker, I am out this bitch."
Or you know, something more along the lines of, "I am leaving to go work in an air-conditioned wi-fi place."
Isn't all of Downtown WiFi now? Or is that just the Cultural District?

No actual law, here is a link to the OSHA article:
http://www.osha.gov/pls/oshaweb/…"Office temperature and humidity conditions are generally a matter of human comfort rather than hazards that could cause death or serious physical harm. OSHA cannot cite the General Duty Clause for personal discomfort."
sorry dude
