I'm currently working on putting together plans which will hopefully in several years build into a small interactive agency. So...my question is:
Of those that have Agency experience. Where (city not studio) have you worked and do you love it? Kinda like it? Tolerate it? How long have you worked there?
Any responses on Agency experience at all would be appreciated.

I've been freelancing in London for about 2 years at agencies and little studios. I enjoy it. Some are boring, some are a great laugh and some are fucking hard work. As long as people are nice, want to chat and the work is interesting it's good times.
