I recently released a new web site with innovative design (see other topics about www.patriziapepe.com).
Next step in our project was that one of developing a cross device application capable of working offline too within the use of Apollo platform from Adobe.
Since we're approaching to a really new tech I would like to understand who of you all there already had an experience on that platform.

It's now called adobe AIR. I don't think it's been released as a proper application yet. still in Beta.

Yeah I know.
They changed name recently. There is a lot of rumors in that and we think it will e future convergency platform.We have contacts with Italian Adobe most important partner... they're saying the platform will be stable and fully released before year ending.

Get familiar with Flex2. that seems to be the easiest migration path... AIR stuff is accessed just like a regular UIComponent.

Flex 3 would be better, but there are components you can export AIR applications like from dreamweaver.

Nice, maybe path to flex 3 wuold be better

Lots of good info on developing AIR apps in Flash. This stuff will be built in eventually, but for now you need hack it a bit.

Ok seems this platform is quite joung an probably will have to grow up a dev community before going to massive market.
