I am using a swf nav throughout a site and I want to display an 'on' button state relative to the current page a user may be on.
Any tips or tuts you can recommend?

embed the .SWF using SWFObject, and specify a unique variable for each page. in flash, check for the variable and activate the appropriate state.

could you be more specific, examples, tuts?

embed your .swf with this:
http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobj…on that page, read about passing variables. you'll use something like:
so.addVariable("activePage", "home");in flash, it depends upon how you set up the buttons. you might use something like:
if (activePage=="home"){
btnHome.activeHightlight._visibl... = true;
}else{
btnHome.activeHightlight._visibl... = false;
}
