There are a few option, but I'm low on battery life and can't elaborate. :\
You can use straight up javascript to cycle through arrays of data or you can load external info into a DIV, or something. Research innerHTML.

The kids are calling stuff like this AJAX these days.Again, sorry I can't elaborate more, but all you need is to just get Googling and you'll figure out what you can do pretty quickly.

Arghhh!!! I knew there was a better way than using a switch. *shoots myself* ahh well, live and learn... well not anymore apparently
