Grants pass is nice, hit it up early (I drove through at about 8am) so you don't have to deal with other cars.

In Seattle if you like Martini's go to TiniBigs in belltown, I think it's on Denny and First.

The market is the general tourist area. It has some pretty cool little odd shops... worth an hour of time.

Stay at the Ace Hotel, and visit the Peter Miller bookstore. You'll go broke there, they've got so many great design books!

    Kingfish is great (19th Ave)
    GOOD$ sucks.
Ace Hotel is cool, but go to the new one in Portland, it's even better.

Go to Ballard and drink at Kings Hardware.

    Is this place good?

Anywhere else you’d recommend for a relax

    • find a secluded spot on the streets https://twitter.com/…hotroddy
    • Ignore hotroddy, he's posting from a well-known account that just films a section of Aurora that has "legalized" prostitution.garbage
    • It's great rage-porn for people who've never been here / right wing lunatics.garbage
    • If outdoors are your thing, I'd suggest Discovery Park. There's a nice walk down to the bluffs, and you'll have a view of the Sound and the Olympic range.garbage
    • Looking for outdoor spas, hot pools. Anywhere in the Seattle areanb
    • Ah couldn't help you there, not my bag. Just ignore hotroddy because he's a moron.garbage
    • That place is actually in my neighborhood, but I've never been in.garbage
    • Yeah I wasn’t really in the market for the services sex workersnb
    • But so anyway uh where exactly might I find this “aurora” neighborhood?nb
    • lol, It's not a neighborhood. It's a stretch of 99 north of the city that's madness. Naked chicks and pimp wars. Kia Boyz that run over people for fun.garbage
    • Psychotically tight lanes, wrecks and half naked women for a stretch of miles. But that's where the Lowe's and the best tamales in town can be found.garbage
    • It's also where conservative dipshits go to get some A/V and paint Seattle as some demontown.garbage
    • If you want any food recs, I'm your man.garbage
    • Highly suggest Tamura and Annapurna. One's sushi, the other is Himalayan in a basement and is my favorite spot in the city.garbage
    • Dope! Looking for good sushi and anything good that I can’t get in NYC. Staying on Pike and 5th, will be working my ass offnb
    • You're going to be close to the infamous "McStabby's", aka the sketchiest McDonald's on the planet. Don't look like a tourist there.garbage
    • But also, you're walking distance from Georges, which is a walk-in Polish deli run by two usually drunk women. It fucking rules.garbage
    • You'd kick yourself if you didn't go. Seriously, just walk to the counter and say "Pastrami, Rye, Everything". It's amazing.garbage
    • https://www.yelp.com…garbage
    • Oh shit! Sounds rough. I’m from the safest part America (Brooklyn, NY). I wonder if I can still handle dealing with crackheads hahahnb
    • It's seriously safe here, just little pockets of "watch your back". Just don't walk around looking like you've never been there and you'll be fine.garbage
    • Also you're close to the sculpture park down by the water, it's pretty nice. If you're used to Brooklyn, downtown's a walk in the park.garbage
    • https://seattle.eate…garbage
    • Yup. I’m a New Yorker... we are the masters of minding our own businessnb
    • ...And acting like nothing phases usnb
    • You'll be absolutely fine then. One of my homies is from Williamsburg and he was unphased. Friends from smaller cities? I feel like I have to babysit.garbage
    • New Yorkers might be the only people colder than Seattleites, lol.garbage
