k0na... always remember:
You have a hot wife.
:)

Doug, use your name as the URL for your portfolio, and just move / copy the work from Box Of Sharpies over. Leave the bio and funny stuff (not all of it, but most) on the BoS site and have the Doug site more professional (with some of your trademark humour added in).
Great work though :)

damn is right. sorry you're going through that. If I can say anything positive is that you have a kick ass portfolio and some lucky company out there will find you and they will be better off for hiring you. It's not if but when...

thanks again guy for all of your support!
i landed a contract to hire freelance gig downtown chicago right next to millenium park at a fantastic agency. it was only supposed to be for 3 days but they really liked my work and personality and have asked me to stay on until the end of july.
then i have an interview today at 10am at an agency literally 6 miles from my house out here. good lord if i got that i'd donate half my first paycheck to charity.
monday i have another interview downtown at a place 2 blocks away from the train station (i take the train downtown) and i'm 95% complete setting up an interview for a company in hoffman estates.
good things man. good things.
i'm staying positive, staying busy and networking like a mo fo.
to help relax after 2 weeks of solid stress i have a 3pm tee time at cog hill today. it's the course that the pros play on. if i keep my score under 100 and dont break any clubs over my knee i'm a winner! hahaha.
http://www.coghillgolf.com/take care guys n gals. good things.
