Hi,
I have received a weird e-mail from e-bay member Bunnycoll. As if I bought an item for $47.85. This is fraudulent...dont click on any link on that e-mail...just delete it. Paypal NEVER starts their e-mail by "Dear Paypal Member". Did u receive this kind of mail?

Instead of responding with what appears to be a typical cynical put down, I'm going to sit here, mired in my comedown and contemplate the myriad reasons I don't have a life.
Thanks.

You'll get alot of fake emails like those if you don't use your account often. Just delete them.

I get tons of those all the time. I feel bad for people who aren't more careful of what they click on (and you could say that people just need to be smarter but even intelligent people can easily click on links like that).

hahah... that's called 'spam', doorman... you delete it. :)

Hello, I am Dr. Mimbaya Gouchester Sambubu of Tanzania. I am the Manager of the First Third Banking Consortium of Greater Tanzania and I have a million dollars frozen in an account here that has your grandfathers name on it. I will happily release this cash to you if you send me your credit card number and expiration date for clarification purposes.

Yeah man...I checked my bank statement...I got $500,000 dollars from a guy in Kenya, I guess you just have to find the right ones to click on.

Hello Mr Umbokuwokudoodoo from Nigeria I am Dr. Mimbaya Gouchester Sambubu of Tanzania and I would happily deposit those funds in your bank account as long as you give me your bank account number and transfer information first. I will also deposit moneys collected from a Mr. Doorman via his Paypal account we received by use of a clever ebay email ruse.
